Our Fee Structure
10% Monthly Management Fee on collected rents
NO Vacancy Fees
$150 One Time Set-up/Marketing fee
Additional Information
- Our staff attends all showings (vacant or not)
- No application fee charged to owners
- No charges for property inspections (unless the owner requests more than the three we perform included with Mnagement Fee)
- Each owner receives an Owners Portal to access all information regarding your investment (included with the Managment Fee)
